Return Policy
Online purchases only. In-store return policies may differ.
Eligibility
- Most new, full-price items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
- All clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
- No returns are accepted after 90 days from delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox/bag.
- Clothing items must have original tags attached.
- Returns must be placed in a shipping box or bag.
- Do not place return labels directly on shoeboxes. Doing so will disqualify the return for refund if otherwise eligible.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
- This includes:
- 5–10 business days for return transit
- 3–5 business days for return processing
- 5–10 business days for bank processing
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
