Return Policy

Online purchases only. In-store return policies may differ.

Eligibility

  • Most new, full-price items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
  • All clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • No returns are accepted after 90 days from delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox/bag.
  • Clothing items must have original tags attached.
  • Returns must be placed in a shipping box or bag.
  • Do not place return labels directly on shoeboxes. Doing so will disqualify the return for refund if otherwise eligible.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
  • This includes:
    • 5–10 business days for return transit
    • 3–5 business days for return processing
    • 5–10 business days for bank processing
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
