Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some products may have shipping restrictions, and certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (2–3 business days).
- Orders are normally shipped within 3–5 business days of processing.
- Express shipping is available via USPS Express (1–2 days guaranteed, depending on location), FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight.
- If you need your order by a specific date, please call before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.
- Any Express orders placed after 3:00 CST will ship the next business day.
International Shipping
- International orders ship via USPS Priority International (6–10 business days) or USPS First Class International (up to 2 weeks or more depending on location).
- Shoe orders are shipped without boxes to reduce shipping costs. If you would like boxes included, please request them. Additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges imposed by their country.
- If an international package is refused for any reason, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- We do not pay return shipping for abandoned international packages.
